What do you think? Last year alone, Recovery House serviced:

“One year and still sober! No drugs, no alcohol, just a great family. I’m very active in all AA meetings. Helping others and helping myself at the same time. Thanks to all.”

Recovery House Annual Golf Tournament PDF Print E-mail

Each year Recovery House hosts its Annual Golf Tournament, an event which unites supporters of our mission in a day of fun and (not too serious) competition.  This year's tournament, our fourth annual event, will be held on Friday, September 24, at the Neshobe Golf Course in Brandon, Vermont.  It is a day dedicated to winning bragging rights for another year, and celebrating the 35 years of substance abuse treatment provided by  Recovery House, Inc, and its two public "faces:" Serenity House and Grace House.

This event, always held as the peak of foliage season approaches, is hosted by one of the area's most scenic courses.  Neshobe Golf Course is not only a beautiful backdrop for our event, but has been voted one of the top 100 public courses in New England.  The 4-person scramble format, together with dinner and prizes, guarantees a great time with good friends, as well as a chance to recognize the essential function Recovery House continues to provide for our community.  The cost for everything from cart to dessert is just $75 per person.  The day will also include contests for the longest drive and a hole-in-one, as well as a putting challenge.

Our Sponsors for this year's tournament included Gold Sponsors Rutland Fuel and Carris Corporate Community, along with Eric Louttit, Attorney at Law, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Rutland Pharmacy,  Kevin Mullin, The Meadows, Thomas Hannan, JP Carrara, Dr. Alban Coghlan,  Morris Construction, Mount Saint Josephs Academy, FW Webb, Vermont State Employees Credit Union, LaValley Building Supplies,  Gilmore Home Center, Keiths II Sports, Atlantic Fire and Sprinkler, Valley Vista, Williams Hardware, Nail It Down Hardware, RU Printing, Sterling Quality Cleaners, Siliski & Buzzell P.C., Maxx Building, Dave Winter Lawns, Riverside Motors, York Coach Works, Northern Group Services, Quality Cooling, and Rutland Roofing
